Taking a deep breath, she threw open the door and ran for the stairs, her bare feet making a flopping noise as it hit the hard tile. Finally she reached the bottom step and scurried up the flight.

Midway to the top, she stopped to gauge her situation. She hadn't heard any of the senior citizens yelling, so she must have slipped by them. Now, she had to devise a plan to get to the bathroom where her clothes laid. Luckily (or what passed for her luck today), the bathroom was only a few yards from the top of the steps. Unluckily, there were several classrooms within feet of the girls' room door. She was sure that someone would catch her as she ran for it, but what choice did she have?

Carefully, she climbed the steps, arriving at the top. She was now looking at the door a mere twenty feet from where she stood. Unfortuantely, her being nude would make this journey the same as twenty miles. She crept out, taking long, quiet steps. Her long, athletic legs made up the ground quickly and she was almost there.

Suddenly, she heard the clicking of high heels coming down the hall. From the sound, Kacy knew a teacher was coming towards her and she ducked behind a door that was being kept open with a door stopper and held her breath.

The footsteps passed by her and stopped. Kacy closed her eyes, sure she had been caught. When she didn't hear the teacher say anything, she looked out. There was Ms. White, stooping over to adjust her stockings. Accomplishing her goal, she went on her way.
